Suggestions on brand names of CBD oil, how many drops do you give, how do you administer it (dropper under the tongue, in a drink?) have you seen improvements?

I dont think insurance will cover it. It was 89 for a small bottle that only lasted 8 days.

My husband is using it for sleep. Not sure yet if it works. The bottle tells you how much to use. My husband get 1 whole dropper full under his tongue at bedtime. It was expensive . 90 for 1 small bottle. Dont think we can afford it anymore.
