My dad was like that for a while ! But know he is so much more happier with her My daughter and I help as much as we can and give him time to leave and go shopping or whatever it is ... I clean the house He cooks which he enjoys and this summer he put a garden which kept him so occupied!!! by having his own time and space has helped him so much!!!!!!!

We are having the same issue with my mum. She was only diagnosed a few months ago but has deteriorated rapidly. I think my dad is still in denial but also he doesn't seem to understand that she doesn't know what she's doing.
