Why do you want your sister to move? Can she easily get work? Could you rather move closer to her? Can the load be shared by you both? Someoone just pointed out that there Mom vists them all ( 3 children) as they all take care of her for a couple weeks at a time. I imagine moveing over state or provinces may cause problems too with needing new medical coverage and the support of family and friends.

When I moved my sister , I had to start all insurances, and doctor over. Also new medications. But, no one else could do it.
