Yes, they are both good. I posted a good recipe for a milk shake on the site some time back that included coconut oil. It was a good shake for Alzheimer's that both Marilyn and I liked. I'm away from home until the 28th September and don't have it with me but when we're home I'll try to remember to post the recipe on the website.

PS. When you're eating things that say Gluten Free, check the sugar content. Sometimes it's very high. The liver can take only so much sugar and then will store it away as fat. When going to the grocery store you should spend more time in the produce section than any other section when buying food.

For all of you, you might want to look into Max Lugavere. https://www.maxlugavere.com He has been on Dr. Oz and has done a lot of research on preventative was for Alzheimer's. Also, its good for those who have been diagnosed. One thing is for sure, watch your sugar intake. Sugar is a poison. Stick with your greens. Drink lots of water.

Hi I am gluten free. I would suggest you just look up what grains contain gluten and don't let him have those. I don't normally buy gluten-free food, I just avoid it. In other words I eat chicken beef pork fish vegetables fruit and things that don't contain gluten

I eat a gluten free vegan diet, so Dennis nearly does. You can find many excellent recipes online. In generally, you can substitute rice, oat, soy or coconut flour in recipes. Gluten free bread is tricky, though, because it's the gluten that makes bread rise and be light. Northern Bakehouse is a good brand here. I would consider eliminating dairy for loose bowels, too. I won't preach, but humans are the only creatures who drink another species' milk and most adults are intolerant of dairy. It may be a factor. Love. 💜🌱
