How effective is it in the onset. Will it slow down the process.

My Mom has been on Exelon & Namenda since her stroke over 4 years ago. The meds really kept her from rapid decline, she's just going through some changes recently. They are expensive, but well worth the cost.

My husband is taking Namzaric. His progression is very slow, thank God.

Hi Karen, Hope this finds you and your loved one doing well and having a good day. With regards to Exelon & or Namenda my mom takes both however it did take some adjusting to find the proper dosing for her as like any other drug, our loved ones react differently to different medication cocktails.
We did find that after some adjusting Mom's memory decline was slowed down and we were able to keep her home longer.
