There is one type of magnesium that gets thru the blood brain barrier . I believe it is magnesium thretonate. You can google it it is also good for prevention.

I suppose it can't hurt, but I wonder how much good it actually does. Good diet and activities can also provide nourishment to the brain. I would be careful that you aren't spending money that isn't really helping. Mexico has done this with other types of illnesses and people can be preyed on by charlatans/sam

we are living in Mexico for 5 months out of the year and found a clinic here. My husband has had 2 treatments so far and we notice a small change for the better. Each 1 hour session is $50 here.
