Hi Cynthia, I hope to find you well. I have taken him to our dr just to make sure that meds are o.k. He repeated the Stilnox mr and the Urbanol but took him off the Ativan as it makes patients depressed. We DON'T need that!. He can even have urbanol during the day if needed. I only give it to him at 8, go to bed, read to him and then after 15 minutes give him the Stilnox. I put him to bed after about 20 minutes, tuck him in, lights out, and that's it! He sleeps like a baby.

Thank you Samuel. For now I have him under control with a strict routine. Urbanol for his panic attacks and stilnox mr at bedtime. Works wonders. No stimulation after 8 and off to bed son thereafter.

Johann is still doing soo well and we are all coping very well. We are blessed.

Note that Ativan has a 4 month point max where it stops working. Now that my husband is on other meds I use for severe agitation.
