My husband is in SNF at present time, but he had developed jealousy and became angry if he thought I would be gone too long running errands. We had never had that kind of relationship pre dementia. I wish I could give you a solution, but I can't. Just that I've read it is common for those with dementia to become suspicious of their spouse's fidelity.
