Every time I’m looking for something it’s seldom where it should be so I spend, and/or she spends a good deal of time looking for it. Especially kitchen items that have been in the same place for years. When I’m tired (most of the time) it gets pretty frustrating. I keep asking God for patience.

My Mom has a red memory binder. She writes down where she keeps stuff.

Notes on masking tape in the counter like: Kitchen Shears go in here
Help items get back to the right place.

I find that frustrating too. But I figure it’s one of the lesser problems. I had to get over the idea that it was carelessness on his part and realize he just couldn’t remember. It does help that he usually puts things in the same wrong place.
