This is more for information. The Moderna vaccine second shot causes weakness and fatigue. The first day isn't too bad but the following day is really bad. My wife was in the bathroom and when she finished she was putting on her clothes when she slipped to the floor. I found her there about 20 minutes later and had to lift he to her feet. Be careful and watchful. The shots are worth it but the reactions can cause some minor concerns. Be watchful when your person needs to move about.
I hope the side effects go away quickly. Mom and I had the Pfizer first shot with only a sore arm and a little tired for me. Kept asking her if she felt anything and she said she felt fine, did I have a shot? What was it for? ;) Hear the second can give more reaction but so far so good.

Hubby and I both had the moderna. Absolutely no reactions.
had the Moderna shot. Ist shot no problems. 2nd shot arm was fairly sore and the next day I had what I would call mild flu symptoms. Achy, tired and low grade fever. It lasted just about 24 hours and then I was fine. My sister who is 10 years younger ( I am 80) had the Pifizer vaccine and had no problems with 1st or 2nd. shot. My daughter 52 had the J &J (shes in education ) and she got really sick. So who knows. I think it depends on the individual getting the vaccine. Worth getting and having some discomfort.
We got the Pfizer. He was extra sleepy and did not feel well the 2nd day after 2nd dose. But that was all I noticed.
